Terms of Service for Digital Purchases of VIP Packages

1. Introduction
Welcome to GoodTimes Custom Maps Server. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of digital VIP packages ("VIP Packages") within our Rust server. By purchasing a VIP Package, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Digital Goods
All VIP Packages are digital goods that grant in-game perks and benefits. These packages do not provide ownership of any physical or intellectual property, nor do they grant any real-world monetary value.
3. No Refunds
All purchases of VIP Packages are final and non-refundable. As these are digital goods, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Server downtime or maintenance
- Loss of VIP benefits due to game updates or server changes
- Account bans or suspensions due to violations of server rules
- User dissatisfaction or change of mind
4. VIP Benefits and Modifications
VIP Packages may include benefits such as:
- Priority queue access
- Exclusive kits that can be redeemed in-game
- Special modifications during gameplay, including but not limited to box stacking and unlimited fuel for jetpacks
- Custom cosmetic perks
- Other perks as described at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove VIP perks at any time without prior notice. No guarantees are made regarding the permanence of specific perks.
5. Fair Use and Compliance
Users must comply with our server rules when utilizing VIP benefits. Any abuse or exploitation of perks may result in revocation of VIP status without compensation. Violation of server rules may also lead to account suspension or banning at the server administrators' discretion.
6. Account and Payment Responsibility
- You must ensure that you have the legal right to make purchases in our server.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your game account. We are not liable for unauthorized purchases made through compromised accounts.
- Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent transactions will result in an immediate ban from our server.
7. Donations
We offer a donation option for players who wish to support the server without receiving in-game perks. Donations are voluntary and do not provide any VIP benefits or special privileges. All donations are final and non-refundable.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server or the availability of VIP benefits. Technical issues, server resets, or external factors may temporarily or permanently impact VIP features.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VIP benefits after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
